Upon securing the booking, the client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions of Entertainment Services

The provision of entertainment by the company is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance: By engaging our services and paying the initial booking fee, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. This serves as a binding contract between you and Exotic Entertainment.
2. Booking Fee: To secure your booking, an initial fee is required, along with providing Valid Photo Identification, payment receipt, address, and contact details. This ensures that your chosen entertainers are reserved for your event. The remaining balance is payable directly to the entertainer upon their arrival at the venue.
3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Exotic Entertainment and its entertainers against any losses or damages incurred as a result of your breach of these contractual terms. This includes any liabilities arising from your actions or conduct during the event.
4. Attendee Age: All attendees at the event must be over the age of 18 and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all guests are aware of and comply with these conditions.
5. Booking Changes: Any changes to the booking, including adjustments to the duration or services provided, may be subject to additional fees. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event may incur a cancellation fee, while cancellations within seven days may result in the full payment of contractors’ fees.
6. Refunds: The initial booking fee is non-refundable, but under certain circumstances, a credit may be applied to your account for future use. This credit is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue and is subject to availability.
7. Prior to Entertainers’ Arrival: It is imperative that suitable arrangements are made prior to the entertainers’ arrival, including providing a safe and private changing room and ensuring that payment is prepared in separate envelopes. Any delays in payment may result in a reduction of booking time.
8. Showgirl Booking Information: Showgirls require a conducive environment to deliver their performances effectively. This includes a clean and spacious floor area, as well as designated seating for patrons to enjoy the show comfortably. Any disruptions or breaches of conduct during the performance may result in the termination of the show.
9. Extra Services & Extending: Additional services, such as upgrades and extended performance times, may be negotiated directly with the entertainers. It is essential to discuss and agree upon these arrangements in advance, and all payments for such services must be made upfront.
10. Strict Rules: To maintain the integrity of our services and protect the privacy of our entertainers, strict rules regarding recording, personal interactions, and conduct must be observed at all times. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
11. Safety: The safety and well-being of our entertainers are of paramount importance. Any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated, and the entertainers reserve the right to leave the premises if they feel unsafe or threatened.
12. Arrival: Upon the entertainers’ arrival at the venue, a designated Exotic Entertainment agent will contact you to coordinate their reception. It is essential to keep your phones accessible and ensure that there is adequate reception to facilitate communication.
13. Change of Entertainer: While every effort is made to ensure that your chosen entertainer attends the event, unforeseen circumstances may require a change of entertainer. In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and suitable replacement options will be provided. Refunds will be issued if replacements are unavailable.
14. Issues During Booking: In the event of any issues or concerns arising during the event, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
